The 48 Hour Film Showdown is our most recent television production, a competition reality show we developed and produced based on the format of The 48 Hour Film Project. We give teams of independent filmmakers 48 hours to write, shoot and edit short films based on creative guidelines assigned to them.

After struggling to create their masterpieces in the face of creative disagreements, location disasters and warring egos, the films are then screened before a live theatrical audience, which votes to determine which film is worthy of box office gold.

In the tradition of Star Wars geeks everywhere comes Charlie, a super-obsessed fan of the mythical comic book hero Captain Lightning. Like any good über-fan, Charlie camps out at the local theater for months to be first in line for the upcoming Captain Lightning movie, but when things start to go awry on the day of the film’s opening, Charlie finds that even his superheroic dedication and planning can’t account for fate.

The Line Starts Here was the winner of the 2005 Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker’s competition and was subsequently screened in over 21,000 theaters around the country.

Crackerjack is a feature-length comedy from executive producer Jeff Foxworthy. In the off-beat style of Raising Arizona, the story follows Bo “Crackerjack” Bailey, an artful dodger skilled in avoiding the responsibilities of manhood – usually by immersing himself in his drug of choice: softball.

Crackerjack is expected to begin production in the summer of 2010. Watch this space for more information as production approaches.

It’s the typical tale of an underground, black market, mafia boss heart transplant gone bad. With three-hundred thousand reasons to make sure that this particular operation goes as smooth as possible, Dr. Rosenrosen and Dr. Who don’t need any complications. But that’s exactly what they get when they leave one crucial element of the procedure in the hands of a family underling.

From the first spark of an idea for a show and the subsequent sale of that show to a television network, through the show’s development, production, and final delivery, we’ve done it.

In contrast to some producers who may develop a show’s concept but ultimately turn over the actual production to others, we specialize in the nuts and bolts, big picture and small, from beginning to end on our shows. You can expect the same comprehensive attention on your project, whether it’s a television show, a film, or a corporate video.
